Project Management
We believe that in the long run, all benefits should contribute directly to the bottom line of an organisation. In this respect, it can be argued that all benefits should be measured using financial terms. In the shorter term, however, a financial metric may not be the most appropriate one to track. For example, a project to implement a new CRM system may result in improvements to client service procedures, which, in turn, should result in increased revenues. The cause-and-effect link between the project and the increase in revenues, however, may take years to be realised. It is, therefore, necessary to identify shorter term, measurable benefits, that can be used for determining the success of such a project.
SHERQ Management
With a SHERQ (SAFETY – HEALTH – ENVIRONMENTAL – RISK AND QUALITY) system in place, the company benefits from an improvement in quality, lower impact on the environment, lower levels improved customer satisfaction, higher employee morale, fewer accidents (and lower costs associated with these), and ongoing legal compliance with statutory requirements.
Whether you are a safety employee for a small to midsize manufacturer, or managing a remote site project with thousands of employees, you need a well-documented occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) to ensure that you and your people are safe.
Energy Management
As the case for mitigating climate change and solving the energy crises becomes ever more urgent, so the case for scaling up renewables becomes less disputed. As we consider options at our disposal, understanding the socio-economic benefits of the transition to a renewable energy future is of vital importance. In order to provide government and policy-makers the information and inspiration they need, the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) have produced the report which represents the first global quantification of the macroeconomic impacts of renewable energy deployment. It is hoped that the report will add to a growing understanding that the deployment of renewable energy and achieving socio-economic benefits are mutually beneficial.

Training and Development
This involves improving the effectiveness of organizations and the individuals and teams within them. Training may be viewed as related to immediate changes in organizational effectiveness via organized instruction, while development is related to the progress of longer-term organizational and employee goals. While training and development technically have differing definitions, the two are oftentimes used interchangeably and/or together. Training and development has historically been a topic within applied psychology but has within the last two decades become closely associated with human resources management, talent management, human resources development, instructional design, human factors, and knowledge management.
Ergonomics Risk Auditing
Our Ergonomic Audits are designed to help you recognize and prioritize ergonomic problem areas within your workplace. An ergonomic audit is a brief assessment of each office worker/workstation in your organisation. The purpose of an ergonomic audit is to ensure that staff are using their workstations and equipment correctly. It will ensure that employees are aware of safe working postures, and flag issues that will require further attention or require a comprehensive ergonomic assessment. It is recommended that an ergonomic audit be conducted every 6 months to ensure that the health and well being of your employee’s is maintained. The ergonomic audit usually takes 15 minutes per person.
