It was established in 2016 as a subsidiary of a holding company, Awa Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Reg: 2015/044503/07. Awa holdings owns 100% shares on its subsidiaries. Wav Projects was established to focus mainly on SHERQ, Project Management, Ergonomics and Construction Management across all industries in South Africa but not limited to render these services alone.
